It’s been down for the past 2 days, can’t connect to my home cams
I have same problem. App does not allow login. Reset does not work. Uninstall and reinstalled app on iPhone but the app just do not work. No motion detected notifications being sent either on the email. So, it is like a dummy cam put on the wall.
@TeamVAVA any update from your end? Have you scrapped this product and all the support?
Mine are back up and online again.
It was working a while, now it’s back to “Please check your mobile phone network connection” again.
Is the service down???
