Factory reset the home cam base and cameras, then pair it with the camera again. Kindly check the firmware version. Thank you!
How i’ll check the firmeware with out set up the cameras and base?
All ready reset with the buttons and still not able to conect.
Hi @Alanm1329 , Upon checking the VAVA Home Cam unit is still registered to the previous owner since you got the unit from eBay. We recommend sending a photo of the QR code of the base station to our team at support@vava.com and have the previous account saved be removed. Thank you!
