Base won't go online

I joined this forum, because my base won’t go online… I was able to pair i with my phone en and have a white LED, but on my phone it keeps saying : offline.

Same for me. Cannot add the cameras with the home offline.

I have the same problem and I just opened up my box 10 minutes ago, no wonder it was $100 off the original price and I bought it directly from VAVA. Sheesh.
