HS003 pairing problem

received cam pro
paired base station with app but app says base is offline.
solid white light is on and connected to internet.
help!!!

i have same problem… contacted costumer services and they said they will update the base online just keep it connected in the next 5 days … its been over a week and still waiting … very disappointed in this product

app hasn’t been updated for over a year.
this product is dead.
solutions they provide is cross your fingers and pray ones.
i returned it yesterday.
if you don’t wanna lose your sanity, return it for refund.

When support is contacted, we all get them same run around that doesn’t work. Do you have an update yet?

hopeless.
there’s no fix for this product.
they just want to get rid of trashes.
i returned it and received full refund.
don’t waste your time and money.
return it.
