Any update? It’s a shame people buy Chroma for the advertised picture quality and get this. Please, prioritize this issue!

Is there an update coming in? Chroma has been total disappointment. I tried all the settings suggested by people in the community but for some movies none of the settings render a watchable image. Have to spend more time on adjusting image than watching content. Please let us know if there is an update planned to solve the image quality issues??
Hi @Sunilb, may we know from which streaming device you play the movie? Also, intermittent internet connection, faulty HDMI cable can cause image issues.
We suggest you try the 4k Blu-rays movies because so far, most of our customers do not encounter any problems with the 4k Blu-rays movies.
Please also use the HDMI 2.0 output and a good quality cable (4K/8K/10K). See the example below for a 8-10K HDMI 2.0 cable.
