There is a sizeable lag between when something is detected by my camera and when it starts recording my clip. Often, what tripped it has already left the field of view. For instance, if I have a package at my front door and someone walks up the front steps takes the package and leaves I get a notice BUT the clip itself only shows my front door with the package gone. Not very useful. How do I reset it so that the moment motion is detected the camera starts to record? Similarly, I’ve noticed that when I trip the sensor my notification doesn’t show up on my phone for 20 or 30 seconds. Is there a way to make the notification instant?
Hi @Wiley We are sorry about the gap or the delay of the notification/feedback. Kindly check what firmware version you have for both the base and the camera.
