when i play 4k content on my vava projector, picture turns very dull, colors, more brigtness and less saturated? what should i do?
Hi @sheda we are sorry for the issue that you have with the picture quality. We recommend a factory reset to the device. If the issue issue is still there, kindly send photo/video to our team at support@vava.com to have it assessed. Also include a photo of your image parameters as well.
