I am trying to get my Sonos Arc to work with my VAVA 4K. Purchased a REI 4z2 switch still no sound. Can someone give me specific instructions on what I will need to resolve this problem
Hi @10875Ccc We regret to hear that you’re having sound issue with using your Sonos ARC. Theoretically, most of the speakers should work it is just that with the many varying brands and models we will not be able to test all of which are not compatible with our projector. There are some limitations due to the current hardware/software installed which is already out of hand. Special note: The cable required to stream 4k videos is HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2. In order to enable 4K please turn on HDMI 2.0 function on the projector. Could you try to set Sonos to Dolby digital or Stereo and turn off Dolby Atmos.
