VAVA LT002 - No Longer Projecting Anything - Only Sound Works

Hello and Good Afternoon,

We have been using our VAVA LT002 4K Black Projector since February and now it no longer projects. No image comes on when the unit is on. We only hear the audio and control clicks but no Image. Can you please help. I can’t do a Factory Reset since we can’t see anything anymore.

Hi @Kill2win, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will look into this. We regret to hear that you have trouble with the unit. Could you tell us when the issue started? We would like to verify if it shut down due to a hot issue or randomly shut off?

Would you be so kind to try the following steps:

  1. Can you try to do a power cycle in the unit? Unplug the unit from a power outlet for about 5 mins, then re-plug and test it.
  2. Try to plug it into a different outlet.
  3. Try to move it to a different location.
  4. Check fan noise
