Setting up my Homecam system with the Vava Home app. Paired the Base Station no problem. When I try to pair a camera, it gives me the error:
“Please add the paired Base Station first”
Base Station is already added and paired. Tried removing devices and adding them again, reloading the app, etc. … no help.
Hi @rmanard1. Make sure the camera is fully charged when installing, check the base station if it is still connected to the internet, if it still would not work please perform a factory reset and retry the installation process. If you are still unable to add the camera, kindly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and the picture of the QR code on the base station and on camera. Thank you!
