Vava baby night light va-hp008

Hi community,
since 2 days our Baby Night Light va-hp008 didn’t swith on anymore. We have charged it the whole night and the blue light is on and fix when the power supply is connected but no way to swtich it on.
If somebody face the same issue or if you have any idea before I send it back under warranty…

Hi, @ncousido Thank you so much for notifying us about the issue. Will provide you with some basic troubleshooting steps that you can try to fix the issue since the baby night light just plugs and play.

Baby Night Light Troubleshooting

  1. Plug it into a different wall outlet
  2. Try to change the charging cable or try to use a different adapter take note (Specification for the adapter DC output 5V/1A)
  3. Press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds
