My VAVA baby monitor is turning off an on fine, but none of the buttons work. I’ve tried turning it off an on. I have also tried holding the power button for 10-15 seconds three times to do a reset, which did not fix the problem.

Hi @danielmalouhos We regret to hear about what happened to your baby monitor. Normally, we don’t have troubleshooting for malfunctioning buttons. Unless it’s a system glitch. We would like to verify if the buttons were pushed inside the baby monitor? Is there physical damage on the baby monitor?
