User ID/Password Help

Just bought dual cam. Installed in my car. Then I registered on my laptop. the id & password are not recognized on the app. Any suggestions?

  1. Connect to the VAVA dash cam’s wifi, and open the application to sign in.
  2. Reinstall VAVA dash application, connect to the VAVA dash cam’s wifi, and sign in again in the app.
