I bought a Vava HS003 Cam Pro set. It came with a base station and 2 cameras.
I bought it from a seller using an app named Mercari that is similar to eBay. Therefore I assume the set is used but it’s in great condition and everything looks new.
When setting the base station up, it gives an error message of “This device has been added to the account como**** already. Please try another one.”
How can I change to unregister the base station from that account and register it to my own Vava account?
