I just got the Split Screen Baby monitor. The video quality is great, but using the intercom, the speaker on the camera is WAY too loud. It sounds like someone is in my childs room with a megaphone. I dont see a way to turn this down. Am i missing it?

Baby Monitor Troubleshooting Guide:
- Press and hold the power button on the baby monitor for 10-15 seconds.
- Turn off both monitor and camera to restart/re-sync, wait for 10 secs then power it back on. Turn on the camera first & then the baby monitor, once everything is ON make sure the camera has a SOLID green light indicating that it’s already synced to the baby monitor.
- Do a Factory Reset 3X Menu > Settings > Factory reset
If the troubleshooting steps above don’t work.
- Completely drained out the battery on the baby monitor, and let it sit for a while. Then once it’s completely drained out, charge it for 2-3hrs to make sure it’s fully charged before using it. Just don’t overcharge it.
@TeamVAVA this is going to change the volume of the speaker in the camera unit?
