I have no audio/sound while watching blurays (DTS-HD). What‘s the problem here?
Hi @slimfit We are sorry for the trouble this has caused. We recommend plugging your streaming devices either into the projector’s HDMI 1 or HDMI 2 jack, make sure that the cable supports HDCP 2.2. Turn on HDMI 2.0 on the projector by holding down the menu button while viewing your source, and toggle HDMI 2.0 to ON. Also, check the settings on your device to change the audio from auto to DTS-HD.

Same issue here. I’m using Sony Blu-ray player (bdp-s6500). Tried all the sound settings combo with no luck
Yeah I still have this problem (Sony BDP). Super annoying!!!
