My Vava Projector is not able to OTA update

Hi there,

I recently purchased a Vava Projector, and it is having immediate issues.

  1. OTA updates to download but fails after 6% install resulting in a crash where the screen is disabled, but fans continue to blow. I need to hold the power button to turn off the machine.

  2. Navigating to “settings —> display” causes the application to reboot to the logo and Home Screen.

  3. Attempt to reset to factory defaults results in a crash with the screen turning off, and fans continue.

Hello @Paul_pao, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Let us help you. May we know when the issue started? Where did you purchase the projector? Can you try to do a power cycle in the unit? Unplug the unit from a power outlet for about 5 mins, then re-plug and test it. Try to plug it into a different outlet.
