Hi there, just joined to see if anyone can help. Went to bed last night and our camera and screen was working fine as always however this morning when I woke up there are colours lines running across the screen. I have tried to factory reset, turn off and back on and the same with the camera however the picture remains the same.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Hello @Craig_Wilson, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will look into this. To further assist you may we know the model number of your baby monitor? Was the monitor accidentally dropped?
When i got home last night i turned off both the camera and screen and left for an hour. When i turned it back on the problem was away.
Its never been dropped as it spends its life in the same location and is never moved.
Hello @Craig_Wilson Please try to do a factory reset 3x
1. PRESS THE MENU
2. GO TO SETTINGS (GEAR ICON)
3. FACTORY RESET (ARROW GO ON CIRCLE)
