I have a VAVA USB C Hub, 8-in-1 USB C Adapter with 4K HDMI,1Gbps RJ45 Ethernet Port, USB 3.0, SD/TF Card Reader,100W PD Charging Port for MacBook/Pro/Air
that I’m using with a MS Surface 2 laptop and often the Etherner Port just disconnects and is not longer visible as an option on the task bar. Unplugging the adapter and it comes back as normal

Could you test different Ethernet cables? Then try to restart your computer plug the hub again. If the issue persists kindly email support@vava.com
