Purchased the 100 inch ALR screen through Walmart that was drop shipped directly from VAVA. The screen arrived sealed but missing one of the plastic corner pieces. Emailed VAVA support and was sadly informed that they would not ship out a corner piece. Much to my dismay customer support suggested that I return and reorder a new screen just to receive a $1 or less plastic part. This clearly demonstrates a lack of customer support.
