Dashcam no longer working

Not sure when or why this happened, but my dashcam stopped working. I get the chimes when it powers on, but no LED, no WiFi, nothing after that.

I did have it on the battery 100% of the time (what a mistake) and it drained my battery causing a replacement…I believe it happened around same time when it was draining my battery.

Dashcam is almost 2 years old at this point…is there anything I can do?

Hi @gd1107 We’re are sorry if you are having issues with your dashcam. Have you tried using a different power cord to see if it was just not charging because of it? This might also need to be replaced, and to better help you with this we suggest reaching out to our team at support@vava.com
