Base station will not connect to phone

I think I need some help from VAVA to please send a firmware update to my HS003 base unit. It will not allow me to connect to the app. I had a similar problem with the older HS002 unit and they sent me a firmware upgrade. I emailed VAVA my SN and am just waiting for a reply. It would be nice if there was basic information on the website. This is the second VAVA system I have had. I backed the first one on Kickstarter and had NOTHING but problems. I honestly wish that I had not purchased a second system, but hoped that improvements would have been made. Sadly, not much progress has been made. Same old, tired App, cannot connect to base statation, etc. It is my hope that someone at VAVA can send a firmware update to the new VAVA Cam Pro.
