Hi

Hope you can help!

I have x2 of the below. Which I love but just having a few issues…

For some reason I can’t get back into the mode in which you double tap to turn on/off and hold down to change brightness. I can only scroll through different pre determined brightness modes that includes flashing by pressing and cycling the power button. This happened to x1 of the units a while ago but this has now happened to both of them.
