We installed a baby camera and it will randomly make a clicking sound. The sound is only audible when you’re in the room, but can’t be heard through the monitor. We already have one Vava camera in our first child’s room next door and it has never made this sound before. Could it be a frequency issue since the cameras are relatively close?
Hi, @mklintworth Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will look into this. The maximum volume of our monitor is 55-65Bd. If your monitor is less than this range value, would you mind turning the sound to the maximum volume, making some noise on the camera side, and shooting a video while you are doing these actions, and then sending it to us? Could you please help to check if there are any stickers or plastic wrapped around the microphone?
