Any Luck with Support?

Has anybody had any luck with support from Vava after contacting them? From my experience, the projector picture is great, but really needs some updates to be great, especially regarding audio.

We are happy to announce the recently launched update (firmware v2.10). We recommend updating the firmware and we also recommend using the setting on VAVA output HDMI ARC, digital output either RAW OR PCM. Let us know if the audio has improved after the steps above. Thank you.

Where do you select RAW or PCM?
